We live here too. Our recommendations come from actually knowing which spots are worth your time.

We host the way we'd want to be hosted. We're a couple based right here in Sacramento who fell in love with Midtown's energy, walkability, food scene, tree-lined streets, and sense of community. We love being close to the Ice Blocks, catching shows at Channel 24 and Ace of Spades, and experiencing the character that makes this part of Sacramento feel so alive.

Our homes are part of that story too. These historic Sacramento spaces are over 100 years old, and we've tried to preserve their charm while adding the comfort and convenience guests expect. Every detail is intentional, from the pour-over kettles to the blackout curtains. We want your stay to feel comfortable, personal, and easy, not like checking into a generic rental.

When we're not hosting, you'll probably find us walking our dogs through the neighborhood or grabbing coffee at Starbucks. Whether you need recommendations, extra towels, or a great dinner spot, we're always just a text away.

First Time in Sacramento?

Sacramento is California's capital and one of the most walkable, tree-lined cities on the West Coast. Known as America's Farm-to-Fork Capital, the food scene punches well above its weight. Midtown is the heart of it all: a grid of historic homes, independent restaurants, craft breweries, weekend markets, and a community that feels more like a neighborhood than a city. You'll wonder why you didn't visit sooner.

Sacramento has hot, dry summers and mild, foggy winters. Summer days can be hot, but mornings and evenings are often great for walking. In winter, bring layers and expect occasional rain or fog. Here's what to pack by season.

Full Refund: 14+ Days Before Check-in

Cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of any payments made, including the cleaning fee. No questions asked.

50% Refund: 7–13 Days Before Check-in

Cancel between 7 and 13 days before your check-in date and receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate. The cleaning fee is non-refundable within this window.

No Refund: Within 7 Days of Check-in

Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance if your plans are uncertain.

Early Departure

Guests who depart prior to their scheduled checkout date acknowledge that reservation payments are non-refundable once the stay has commenced.
